By accessing and using the Jr Lee Live ticketing platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
All ticket purchases are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets purchased per customer per event. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the total amount including all applicable fees and taxes.
All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway provider, Fiserv. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment must be received in full before tickets are issued.
Some events may have a maximum ticket limit per user. This limit is enforced to ensure fair access to tickets for all customers. Attempts to circumvent these limits may result in order cancellation.
All ticket prices are listed in the local currency (TTD or USD) and include applicable service fees. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
All tickets are delivered digitally through your account on our platform. You can access your tickets at any time by logging into your account and viewing the "My Tickets" section.
Each ticket contains a unique QR code that must be presented at the event for entry. Do not share your QR code with others, as each code can only be scanned once.
Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time indicated. Tickets cannot be transferred to other events or dates.
Some events may require committee approval before tickets are confirmed. If your event requires approval, your tickets will be marked as "Pending Approval" until reviewed. Approved tickets will be updated automatically in your account.
If your ticket purchase is not approved, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price and fees. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for customer-initiated cancellations unless the event is cancelled or postponed by the organizer.
If an event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, please contact us for refund options.
Some events may have age restrictions. You are responsible for ensuring you meet the age requirements for the event you are attending. Valid government-issued ID may be required for entry.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with all venue rules and event policies. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who violate these policies without refund.
You may be subject to security screening upon entry to the event. Prohibited items vary by venue and event. Please check the event details for specific restrictions.
Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or offered for commercial gain without our express written consent. Tickets obtained through unauthorized resale channels will be void and may result in denial of entry without refund.
Tickets are provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee that events will occur as scheduled or that you will enjoy the event.
Our liability is limited to the ticket price paid. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from ticket purchase or event attendance.
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, or government restrictions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and making purchases. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
All content on the Jr Lee Live platform, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Jr Lee Entertainment or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
